Montenegrin Sauvignon is premium, white,dry wine,made of the grapes of the French variety of the same name.Grapes are picked from the locality of Ćemovsko polje and the wine was made in accordance with the latest requirements of the modern technology. Wine is straw-coloured with greenish hues. Its bouquet and taste reminds us of the green pepper, elder flower and black radish. With well balanced contents of alcohol,acids and extracts,

the wine is prominent by its quality and fullness. Sauvignon is the variety which turned out to be extrordinary in the agro-ecological area of the Ćemovsko field in Podgorica’s viticultural area in Montenegro. It is on the pebbly soil in the inshore of Skadar lake in the surroundings of the settlement Tuzi,that this variety gave the premium quality.Vinification is performed under strictly controlled conditions and maturing of wine at low temperatures (8-10°C), gives wine of premium quality.It is served at 10-12 C. It is recommended with scampi, crabs and lobsters with all succulent fish dishes, with risottos with aromatic herbs as well as with the chicken meat prepared in piquant sauces.
