That healthy and specific balance between a man and nature is expressed best in the wine cellar.In wine making, the secret of transferring of the characteristics and features of each grapevine variety into wine has been kept. Their talents guarantee that the wine which you drink represents the real reflection of the grapes,picked in the vineyard.

Wine making has not been limited only to the receival of the grapes and its conversion to wine, which has been made with great attention and devotion-it’s a holistic process containing all phases: from vineyard to final bottling. It starts from the close co-operation with the grape pickers in order to provide the real variety in the proper parcels of the vineyard and so, provide the wine style that we want to achieve.

Every of three cellars with which Plantaže disposes has a defined, production structure, each having a priority-the quality of wine. In clean and controlled conditions, all wine cellars have been designed complied with the highest building standards and with the aim of preserving all aromatic qualities of the grapes and optimization of the extraction of its phenolic components.

Plantaže has the program for constant modernization through investments as well as the plan for regular renovation of the wooden vats and barriques, serving for the production of particular wine of premium quality.
