During the 2012th years, we have won a total of 71 awards at national and international fairs, exhibitions and wine competition, as well as special awards.

The award "Trinaesti jul" - the highest national recognition.

The award for the Executive Director, Verica Maras as most successful business woman in the region;

Certificate for the first codified products by NATO standards.

Gold medal for Montenegrin Vranac 2009 at the prestigious competition "LES CITADELLES DU VIN 2012", held in Bordeaux, France. Wine Vranac won 93.25 out of a possible 100 points;

The regional leader in the production of wine, brandy, wine and table grape varieties.

The origin of the grapevine vranac is acknowledged with the awards:

1907.Wine exhibition in London – the first prize for the autochtonous Montenegrin wine ‘Vranac’

1928. Wine exhibition in Belgrade - the wine made of the autochtonous Montenegrin grape variety Vranac among six best wines in the former country

This year we have a golden harvest of wine grapes - the average percentage of sugar in the grapes was between 23% and 24%, approximately 14 million kilograms of wine grapes;

Record year for peaches and nectarines, 1.500.000kg peaches and nectarines;

The Ministry of Science has issued a license for performing scientific research activities in the field of agricultural sciences. So the "Plantaze" became the first company in Montenegro, which has granted such a license.

Agricultural-industrial plant, including ‘Vino-voće produkt’ was opened (precursor of the ‘Plantaže’). The vineyard of that time covered the surface of 226 ha and the orchard covered 49 ha. The first wine cellar „Lješko polje“was opened,as well.

1996- the company complied its business operation with the standard ISO 9000

1998-„Agrougostitelj“, „Agrokom“, „Agroekonomski institut“, „Uvoz-izvoz“ and „Ribnjaci“ were associated to the company “Plantaže“

We have expanded our market offer for 5 new products: "Medun" wine, "Rose" wine and three royal products: "Kraljevski Vranac" which means Royal Vranac, "Kraljevski Krstač" which means Royal Krstac and "Kraljevska Kruna" which means Royal Crown. In 2010, the company has won 74 awards at national and international fairs, exhibitions and wine evaluation. Forty-four awards are gold and 14 are silver medals, 2 Champion Cup for Vranac Reserve 2004 and Chardonnay barrique 2006. There are also prestigious awards:

- the award for design bottle of "Medun";

- Executive director, Verica Maras won a reward for best manager in the secondary production in the region at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad;

-the award of the Chamber of Commerce for social responsibility ;

-the recognition of Superbrands for " Vranac" and "Vranac Pro Corde" from Bosnia and Herzegovina .

The wines of the family Vranac have confirmed the quality many times and Vranac barrique has already won a prestigious award „Les Citadelles du Vin”in Bordeaux, in France and Chardonnay barrique has entered “White wine book”, the book of white wines which marked 2008 at International Wine Contest in Vienna.

‘Plantaže’ keeps going on with its business operations. Montenegrin ‘Oka’ and exclusive wine ‘Premijer’ were launched the same year.

A remarkable wine cellar „Šipčanik, in the adaptation of which over 2 million euros was invested. The wine cellar,located at 30 meters depth below the soil surface, covering cc.7000m2 has completely natural, extraordinary climatic and technological conditions in which over 2 million lit of wine age in the wooden barrels, barriques and bottles. The same year new members of powerful wine assortment of the „Plantaža“ were launched at the market- wines Charrdonay barrique and Vranac barrique

2003.-obtaining the certificate ISO 9001:2000; HACCAP and ISO 14000 the company confirmed again the quality of its business operation.

Vranac Pro Corde emerged as the wine which opened the new horizons of ‘Plantaže’ with its particularity, representing nowadays the most favourite brand in the region which confirms by numerous awards,won at different wine contests and fairs.

The wine ‘Vranac’, trademark of „Plantaže“, the jewel of Montenegro, becomes the „world champion“and it has announced the gold period of the company. All activities are focused towards expanding the plantations , improving production capacity, introducing latest technologies and entering new markets and prestigious awards.

In the period 1977-1982 a visionary venture, realisation of the project „Ćemovsko field“,in which 62 million dollars was invested.At that time, barren and arid rocky soil of „Ćemovsko field“was converted into one of the largest green oasis of the Balkans-the largest and the most beautiful vineyard in Europe covering 2000 ha of orchards and vineyards was established.

In 1979, another wine cellar “Ćemovsko field“including the main processing plant now, was built.

Five gold medal for VRANAC: 1985 in Lisabon ,then at MONDESELECTION in Geneva1986(two medals), and in1987 in Brussels(two medals) and the trend continues today.

In the period 1964-1974 „Plantaže“ expanded the vineyard to 377ha surface, peach orchard to 120ha and wine cellar capacity to 26 000hl.
