Information on the accurate results of voting on the single decisions at XIX regular meeting of the Shareholders’ Assembly

Pursuant to Art.143, par.3 Companies Act (Official Gazette of Mne, No.65/2020 dated from 03/07/2020, entered into force on 11/07/2020),  the company 13.Jul –Plantaže a.d. Podgorica announces:

Regular meeting of the Shareholders’ Assembly of 13.Jul-Plantaže a.d. Podgorica was held in accordance with the determined and announced agenda, on the 25th of September 2020 at the premises of 13. Jul-Plantaže a.d. Podgorica in the Wine cellar Šipčanik in Podgorica, starting at 11hrs.

The decisions were made for all items of the agenda, in compliance with the Law, Articles of Association and Rules of Procedure  of the Assembly as well as of the submitted proposals, upon the conducted and completed procedure of the public voting, as follows:
